Customer partners play an essential role in the services we offer. We sign a confidentiality agreement with you, ensuring that proprietary information and intellectual property rights remain between you and your customers.

SERVICE NOTES
Baseline Study We document the current status of your customer-driven marketing capabilities and the information currently available to measure progress against the baseline. We assess how aligned your organization is with strategically important customers.
Segmentation Analysis We examine your customer base from the perspective of the buying decision criteria of your customers. We work with you to identify a handful (typically 6 or fewer) strategically important customers to partner with for the the project.
Customer Partnering The project is launched with customer partners. Responsibilities, goals and expectations are outlined. Gaps in resources are identified and you put an agreement (we can provide assistance if you wish) in place with each customer.
Product/Service Proposal We work with you and your customer partners to identify a product/service that will deliver clear benefits to them and a solid return to you. Representatives from your product/service development team assess feasibility and scope.
Project Plan This roadmap for the project details roles and responsibilities of you, the customer partners and Envision. Timelines, milestones, metrics and the budget are included. Gaps in resources and information are also outlined in the plan.
Product/Service Development Development is undertaken in well-defined incremental steps using prototyping methodology where possible. Frequent feedback on the prototype from customer partners ensures that resources are used wisely and the project stays on track.
Launch & Promotion The approved product/service is launched with customer partners playing a key role in the marketing campaign. The initial target market is your existing customer base followed by others identified in the marketing plan and by people in your organization.
Progress Tracking Periodic tracking against the baseline is reported and recommendations for improvement are made. We suggest using our tracking toolkit unless you have others that you prefer. To find out more about our toolkit, click here
Process Integration This service plays a vital part role in making customer-driven marketing a part of your organization's fabric. Here we help you to lay out a roadmap for specific roles and responsibilities among your people and their relationships with customers.
