We document the current

customers. We work with you to identify a handful
(typically 6 or fewer) strategically important customers

outlined. Gaps in resources are identified and you put
an agreement (we can provide assistance if you wish) in
place with each customer. |

clear benefits to them and a solid return to you.
Representatives from your product/service development
team assess feasibility and scope. |

Project Plan |
This roadmap for the project details
roles and responsibilities of you, the customer partners
and Envision. Timelines, milestones, metrics and the
budget are included. Gaps in resources and information
are also outlined in the plan. |

Product/Service Development |
Development is undertaken
in well-defined incremental steps using prototyping
methodology where possible. Frequent feedback on the
prototype from customer partners ensures that resources
are used wisely and the project stays on track. |

Launch & Promotion |
The approved product/service is
launched with customer partners playing a key role in
the marketing campaign. The initial target market is
your existing customer base followed by others
identified in the marketing plan and by people in your
organization. |

Progress Tracking |
Periodic tracking against the baseline
is reported and recommendations for improvement are
made. We suggest using our tracking toolkit unless you
